
BALÍK PLUS has implemented a project titled “Design of an Individualised Solution for the Digitalisation of All Internal Processes”, supported by the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Slovak Republic.
The aim of the project was to prepare a tailored solution that will support the further digitalisation of the company’s internal processes and create a stronger foundation for more efficient work with data, business activities and internal operations.
Project Focus
As part of the project, we focused primarily on the digitalisation of processes within our ERP and CRM system Odoo. This system plays an important role in BALÍK PLUS, supporting the management of internal activities, business opportunities, customer communication and other operational processes.
The project was aimed at designing an individualised solution that reflects the specific needs of our company, the way our teams work, and the need to better connect internal processes within a single digital environment.
Why Digitalisation of Internal Processes Matters
Digitalisation of internal processes is a natural step for companies that want to work more efficiently, transparently and with better control over their data.

A Project Supported by the Recovery and Resilience Plan
The project was implemented with support from the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Slovak Republic, which aims, among other priorities, to support digital transformation and the modernisation of processes.
Thanks to this support, BALÍK PLUS was able to take a more structured approach to designing a solution for the digitalisation of its internal processes and to prepare further steps in the development of its ERP and CRM system Odoo.
